They moved to Carrol, IA in 1982 and Gary became the assistant manager of the Carroll Hy-Vee. On Jan. 21, 2020, he celebrated working for Hy-Vee for 50 years.
Hobbies/Interests: enjoyed yardwork and gardening; spending time in his workshop; remodeling his home; decorating their home for the holidays, especially at Christmas; enjoyed spending time with family, especially the grandchildrens’ events
