Employment: After her high school graduation, she spent a summer working at Lake Okoboji, she also worked at Russell Stover in Denver, CO, and Mutual of Omaha. Once married, she farmed with her husband until 1971, when Bob’s job with FmHA moved them to Storm Lake, IA. They later moved to Ankeny, IA, where Bob worked in the State Office. He retired in 1990 and they moved back to Defiance, IA.
Hobbies/Interests: Was actively involved in many church and volunteer activities including Quilt Club, Girl Scouts, Red Cross blood drives, and visiting nursing homes
