Education: Graduated first in her high school, Class of 1942, and then attended the American Institute of Business (AIB) in Des Moines, IA, where she excelled at basketball. Her talent was recognized while playing for the AIB team and she earned a position on the All American team.

Marge was a sports fan, hoping for victory for both the Hawkeyes and Cyclones; enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s dance recitals and musical events.
