Employment: Farmed with her husband north of Atlantic for 35 years. In addition, she worked outside of the home at Sears-Roebuck, Allied Engineering, and, for 20 years, as a receptionist at the Heritage House in Atlantic, IA.

Hobbies/Interests: enjoyed spending her time gardening and cooking and she welcomed company at any time. She cherished time with family, often playing cards, buying gifts, and traveling.
