Hobbies/Interests: member, AMVETS in Kimballton, IA. Howard enjoyed rebuilding, showing, and driving his rebuilt Chevy cars. He also liked to watch auto racing, traveling, and time spent camping with his children and grandchildren. Howard managed daughter Stephanie’s bands; they affectionately called him “The Colonel” because he was an Elvis fan.
