Survived by: husband of 58 years, Charles; children, Marilyn (spouse, David) Stewart of Tulsa, OK, Rod (spouse, Joanie) Miller of Council Bluffs, IA, Ron (spouse, Dawn) Miller of Woodbine, IA, Kathy (spouse, George) Inyang of Douglasville, GA, John (spouse, Rebecca) Miller of Des Moines, IA; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Waunita Millage of Boone, IA; other relatives and friends

Education: attended school in Farlin, IA; graduated from Jefferson (IA) High School, Class of 1950; attended Wayne State Teachers College for three years.

Religious affiliation: member, Abundant Life Church in Harlan, IA, where she started the toddlers’ class, and was a substitute Sunday school teacher. During her high school days she enjoyed singing solos at church.

Marriage: Charles Miller; Nov. 26, 1954, at the Woodbine United Methodist Church

Employment: was hired by Henry Boone and taught first grade in Woodbine, IA until 1955. After her marriage, she farmed with her husband.

Hobbies/Interests: enjoyed gardening, cooking, and taking pictures.
