Education: She lived in Wiota, IA, until she was 4 years old, when the family moved to a farm in Marne, IA. She attended school in Marne until moving to Harlan, IA, in 1965; she attended school there and graduated from Harlan High School, Class of 1974

Religious affiliation: committed her life to Jesus on Dec.28, 2002, and in March of 2003, Debbie was baptized at First Baptist Church in Harlan, IA.

Marriage: Robert Glenn Rounds; Feb. 2, 1974; Harlan, IA

Employment: Debbie worked at Mickel’s Restaurant for 9 years before going to CDS. She held several different positions in her 26 years at CDS, the most recent being a batcher. She was a radio station DJ for KNOD on the weekends for over 4 years. She took medical leave from both jobs in 2005.

Hobbies/Interests: coaching and playing women’s softball, co-ed softball, and co-ed volleyball. She loved bingo, camping, eating out with friends, and monthly cousin outings; she also had a love for Motown music.
