Survived by: Husband of 47 years, Gene of Harlan, IA; children, John Rosman of Harlan, IA, Mary (spouse, Paul) Zdechlik of Edina, MN; grandchildren, Grace, Charlie, and Amelia; brother, Robert Konz (spouse, Mary) of Phoenix, AZ; sister-in-law, Gert Vonderheide of Hartington, NE; brother-in-law, Kenneth Olson (spouse, Char) of St. Paul, MN; nieces; nephews; other family members and many friends

Education: graduated from Holy Trinity High School, Hartington, NE, Class of 1939. After high school, she graduated from Registered Nurses training at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Sioux City, IA in 1945.

Religious affiliation: baptized and confirmed at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Hartington, NE; member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan, IA, and was very active with St. Michael’s Guild.

Employment: After graduating from nurses training, Marion moved to Minneapolis and then to Los Angeles where she continued her nursing profession. In 1954, she moved to Omaha and began working at a private doctor’s office. She then met and married Gene Rosman in Omaha, NE. After their marriage, Marion and Gene made their home west of Harlan on the Rosman family farm, which they later purchased from Gene’s father.
