Bill is survived by his wife LaVonne Barta of Harlan, IA; sons Robert (Peg) Barta of Salado, TX and Randy Barta of Atlantic, IA; daughters Renee (Tom) Blackman of Olathe, KS and Robyn (Bob) Bentzen of Harlan, IA; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
