OBITUARIES February 19th, 2013 by Ric Hanson

DENNIS FREDERICK KOHLES, 82,of Earling, died Mon., Feb. 18th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial service for DENNIS KOHLES will be held 2-p.m. Sat., Feb. 23rd, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling, from 4pm until 9pm Friday, Feb. 22nd, with a Rosary at 7pm.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

DENNIS KOHLES is survived by:
His wife – JoAnne Kohles, of Earling.
His sons – Terry (Shannon) Kohles, David (Therese Simanek) Kohles, and Glenn (Paula) Kohles, all of Omaha.
His daughters – Mary (Randy) Laver, of Council Bluffs; Diane (Jeff) Reynolds, Jayne (Mike Fay) Kohles, and Cathy Bailey, all of Omaha.
His brothers – James Kohles, of Harlan, and Julius (Dewey) Kohles, of Parker, CO.
His sisters – Ruth (Ron) Nollen, of Westphalia, and Marie Kohles, of Earling,
20 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
