Funeral service for 56 year old David Wurr of Manning will be held later this summer. Dave passed away on Friday, June 8 at Manning Regional Healthcare Center in Manning. Survivors include his father, Verl Wurr of Manning; 4 brothers: Thomas (Teresa "Nook") Wurr of Manning; James (Cindy) Wurr of Ankeny; Donald Wurr of Colorado Springs, CO; and Robert (Carrie) Wurr of Defiance. The Johnson and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Manning is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for David Wurr, age 56, of Manning, will be held later this summer. Dave died Friday, June 8, 2012, at Manning Regional Healthcare Center in Manning.

David is survived by his father Verl Wurr of Manning; four brothers: Thomas Wurr and wife Teresa “Nook” of Manning; James Wurr and wife Cindy of Ankeny; Donald Wurr of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Robert Wurr and wife Carrie of Defiance; nine nieces and nephews: Tonya Jones and husband Ryan; Tara Odendahl and husband Steve; Teresa Wurr; Trista Wurr; Tyler Wurr; Melissa Johnson and husband Wade; Jessica Wurr; Nicole McCann and husband Alan; and James Shughart; four great-nephews: Ryker Odendahl, Landon and Kellan Jones and Kyler Johnson; a great-niece Priya Odendahl; two uncles Darwin Wurr of Laurens and Larry Wurr and wife Sharon of Raleigh, North Carolina; two aunts Shirley Wenck and Donna Wenck, both of Carroll; and by other relatives and friends.
