Mary Paollazzi, daughter of Louis and Rosa Zimmerman Paollazzi, was born April 25, 1926 on a farm near Westphalia. She had one sister, Madonna Paollazzi Nowatzke (deceased). In 1942 her parents left the farm and moved to Westphalia where Mary continues to make her home. A graduate of the St. Boniface class of 1941, Mary was employed at Myrtue Memorial Hospital in Harlan and is now retired.

MARY PAOLLAZZI, 86, of Harlan, died Sat., April 28th, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community. A Mass of Christian Burial service for MARY PAOLLAZZI will be held 10-a.m. Thu., May 3rd, at the St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 8am-9pm Wed., May 2nd, with a Rosary at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Boniface Cemetery at Westphalia.

MARY PAOLLAZZI is survived by:
Her nieces & nephews, especially Theresa (Mrs. Raymond) Bruch, of Persia, with whom she made her home.

Mass of Christian Burial for 86 year old Mary Paollozzi of Harlan will be held at 10am on Thursday, May 3 at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima in Portsmouth. Burial will be in the St. Boniface Cemetery in Westphalia. Mary passed away on Saturday, April 28 at the Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan. Survivors include nieces and nephews, especially Theresa (Mrs. Raymond) Bruck of Persia. Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements where visitation will be held from 8am to 9pm on Wednesday, May 2 and praying of the Rosary will begin at 7pm.
