VERNON “TV BOB” ROBERT HANSEN, 84, of Harlan died Friday, February 24, 2012 at the Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Funeral Services for VERNON ROBERT HANSEN will be held Saturday, March 3rd at 10:30am in the Elk Horn Lutheran Church. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 2nd from 12pm-9pm at the funeral home with family greeting friends from 6-8pm.

Burial will be in the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery

VERNON ROBERT HANSEN is survived by:
Wife: Verdell Hansen of Harlan;
Sons: Kevin (Becky) Hansen of Harlan. Kent Hansen of Omaha, NE;
Daughter: Karel (Jerry) Rasmussen of Houston, TX
Sister: Virginia Petersen of Jacksonville, IA;
6 Grandchildren, and 7 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services for 84 year old Vernon "TV Bob" Robert Hansen of Harlan will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, March 3 at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church in Elk Horn with burial in the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery. Vernon Hansen passed away on Friday, February 24 at the Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Survivors include his wife Verdell Hansen of Harlan; his children Kevin (Becky) Hansen of Treynor, Kent Hansen of Omaha, and Karel (Jerry) (Hansen) Rasmussen of Houston, TX; sister Virginia Petersen of Jacksonville; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements where visitation will be held from 12 to 9pm on Friday, March 2, and family will greet friends from 6 to 8pm on Friday evening.
