Funeral services for Elzabeth Richmann, 103, Davenport and formerly of Durant, were held Feb. 10, 1995 at the Lacock-Bentley Funeral Home in Durant, with the Rev. David Lawson officiating. Deb Mohr was the organist and Henry Bentley sang. Pallbearers were Lester and Edward Johannsen, Chester and John Funk, Kenneth Richmann and Charles Lilienthal. Burial was in the Durant cemetery. Royal Neighbors of America services were conducted by the Durant camp.
Mrs. Richmann died Feb. 8 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Davenport.
The daughter of George and Mary Struve Kuehl, she was born Dec. 14, 1891 in Dixon. She married Wilson Richmann Nov. 2, 1938 in Davenport.
Mrs. Richmann lived in the same house in Durant for 57 years, from 1926 to 1983, and then moved to Hein Manor in Durant.
She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America, Durant Camp and the Durant Senior Citizens.
Mrs. Richmann is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters and 5 brothers.
Memorials may be made to the Durant Community Center or the Durant fire department.
