Funeral services for Howard Paulsen, 69, Wilton, were held June 14, 1994 at Lacock-Bentley Funeral Home in Durant, with burial in the Durant cemetery.

Mr. Paulsen died June 12 at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport.

He was born Jan. 5, 1925 in Scott county. He married Phyllis Wegener April 20, 1946 in Davenport.

Mr. Paulsen farmed in Scott county, north of Stockton, for 45 years, retiring in 1990.

He is survived by his wife; a son and daughter-in-law, Milo and Peggy Paulsen, Stockton; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Wayne, in 1982.
