Obituary
Timothy “Tim” M. Stice, 60, of East Moline, IL, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at University of Iowa Hospital surrounded by his family.

Celebration of life will be held at 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday, August 12, 2022, at Leisure Time Billiards, East Moline. All are welcome to attend to celebrate Tim’s life and legacy with those he loved most. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.

Tim was born September 28, 1961 in Rock Island, the son of Ollie and Eveyln (Kipping) Stice. He married Ann “Annie” VanZanten on May 28, 1982 at Faith Lutheran Church, Moline. He worked as a chef at the Bombay Bicycle Club, Davenport before working for Nestle Purina for 23 years. Tim had a passion for collecting old beer cans and antiquing with his wife Ann, loved spending time with his family, and playing with his grandchildren Maverick and Roman.

Tim is survived by his wife, Annie Stice, East Moline; his children and their spouses, Jacob (Jessica) Stice of Geneseo, Breanna (Nathan) Sim of East Moline, and Joshua Stice of East Moline; his beloved grandchildren, Maverick and Roman Stice of Geneseo; sister, Anna (Bill) Green of Moline; his identical twin and best friend, James “Jim” (Linda) Stice of Geneseo; sister-in law, Debi (Rusty) Phillips of Milan; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Ollie and Evelyn; his father and mother-in law, Richard “Dick” and Jean VanZanten; his brother, Richard “Dick” Call; and his sister, Linda Wheeler.
