Obituary
Kathleen M. Teeter, 72, of Rock Island, passed away Wednesday July 6, 2022 at St. Anthony’s Continuing Care, Rock Island.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Sacred Heart Church, Moline. Visitation will be 4-6pm Monday at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111-1st St A, Moline. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials can be made to Children’s Therapy Center or the Epilepsy Foundation.
Kathleen was born May 23, 1950 in Moline, the daughter of Aime and Ruth (Kleinbach) Adams. She married Stephen W. Teeter on October 2, 1976 in Moline.
Kathleen worked at Skills, Moline where she met her future husband, Stephen.
Kathleen was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Moline American Legion Post 246 Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid baseball fan, especially the Chicago Cubs. She was a 1968 graduate of Alleman High School.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen; sister, Linda (Richard) Dokas, Ann Arbor, MI; sister-in-law, Teresa Adams, Monona, WI; brother-in-law Daniel (Peggy) Teeter, Rock Island and her many nieces and nephews whom she cherished. She was preceded in death by her brother, Mark.
