Obituary
Robert R. Johnson, 65, a resident of the 8th Street Group Home in Rock Island, died Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at his residence. Private graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 30th, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Kewanee, IL. Memorials may be made to ARC of Rock Island County. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Cambridge, is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Robert R. Johnson was born March 11, 1957, in Kewanee, the son of Dale W. and Barbara Hise Johnson. He was always a happy person and brought joy to those around him. Robert enjoyed the outdoors, walking, and his “leisure” time.

Surviving are two sisters and a brother-in-law, Deborah and David Dobbels, Cambridge, Terese DeMay, Lynn Center, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. His parents and a brother, Jeffrey, preceded him in death.
