Obituary

David Wayne Goheen, 72, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. He was born on March 4, 1950, the son of Kenneth Wayne Goheen and Dorothy Jean (Hanna) Goheen.

Dave was a member of Victory Life Church where he was involved with Impact Student Ministries. He worked as a Registered Nurse with the Genesis Health System in the Quad Cities, IL/IA for many years from which he retired. In his past time, Dave enjoyed golfing and spending quality time with his family. He will truly be missed by those that knew and loved him.

Dave is survived by his sons, Bradley (Kelly) Goheen and Christopher Goheen; grandchildren, Sean and Wyatt Goheen; siblings, Fred (Cindy) Goheen, Geneva Goheen; nieces and nephews, Angela Dickerson, DeEtte (Josh) Miller, Russell Goheen, Sara Goheen, Brian Goheen, Megan (Tim) Reilly; great nieces and nephews, Kiera Dickerson, Raylynn (Nick) Sutherland, Dallas English, Peyton English, Connor Goheen, Ashley Goheen, Nicholas Goheen, Gavin Goheen, Allison Reilly and Madison Reilly, great great nephew and niece, Spencer and Hayden Sutherland. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne; wife, Lynn and brother, Randy Goheen.

A memorial service will be held at the Victory Life Church, 6892 D Drive North, Battle Creek, MI, 49014, on Friday, May 27, 2022, 11:00 am with Pastor Justin Smelter officiating.
