Nathan A. Lunsford, 46, of LeClaire, Iowa, died Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Services are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, at Trimble Pointe, Moline, immediately followed by a hospitality gathering with food and drink. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Nate’s memory.

Nathan Allen Lunsford was born October 25, 1975, in Silvis, Illinois, the son of Gerald Lunsford and Jaianne (Fisher) Fulkerson. He graduated from Moline High School in 1994, and married Tiffany (Mittan) Lunsford on December 3, 2016, in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Out of his marriage to Amber (Ackerland) Lunsford came four children, his pride and joy.

Nate was a gifted realtor in the Quad Cities. He was an owner and broker with Realty ONE Group Opening Doors based out of Davenport. He attended Bettendorf Christian Church.

Nate was inspirational to others in many ways, finding ways to build people up with his own articulate words or with inspirational quotes from others. He had a love of travel, exercise, writing, was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and had a true “gift of gab”.

Above all else, family was the most important thing to Nate, especially his beloved children.

Nate is survived by his wife, Tiffany; children, Drew, Madison, Bella, and Violet Lunsford, and Cole and Brandt Snyder, and his dog, Wrigley; his parents, Jaianne and John Fulkerson of Coal Valley, Illinois, and Gerald and Diane Lunsford of Morganton, North Carolina; siblings, Nikki (Rick) Anderson of Coal Valley, Matthew Lunsford of Rock Island, Leanna (Curt) Rosebeck of Black River Falls, Wisconsin, David (Sarah) Fulkerson of Moline, John (Tabitha) Fulkerson of Orion, Illinois, Eric Lunsford of Washington, Chad Beam of Moline, and Jessica (Mike) Pardue of Washington; many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Fulkerson.
