EMIL J. MOHR
Emil J. Mohr, 87, of 1937 Virginia Ave., Davenport, died at 7 a.m. Thursday in St. Luke's Hospital. He had been ill the last two weeks.

Born Dec. 23, 1869, in Scott County, he had been a lifetime resident. He married Lizzie Rauch Oct. 26, 1893, in Davenport. He was of Lutheran faith, and was a retired farmer.

Survivors include the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Harry Lage and Mrs. Walter Goettsch, both of R. R. No. 3, Davenport, and Mrs. Albert Schneckloth, of Davenport; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Hill & Fredericks Chapel. The Rev. Fred Rolf will officiate. Burial will be in Pinehill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
