Colleen J. Meier, 95, of Davenport, Iowa passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 surrounded by her family.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Newcomb Presbyterian Church. Memorials may be made to Beacon of Hope Hospice of Iowa. Online condolences maybe expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.

Colleen was born on October 14, 1926 in St. Louis, Missouri to Roy and Hulda Martin. On August 30, 1947, she married Homer Meier. They enjoyed 46 years of marriage until his passing in May of 1993. Together they were successful Amway distributors for many years. Colleen was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She was very full of life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory include daughter, Elaine (Ted) Frevert; daughter-in-law, Cindy Meier; 7 granddaughters; and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, June Eggert; and children, Marty Meier, Mary Jane Palmer, and Kenneth Meier.

The family would like to thank those at Ridgecrest Village and Beacon of Hope Hospice of Iowa. We are eternally grateful for their love and attention.
