Joseph “Joe” Proszowski, 62, of Davenport, IA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 14, 2021.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 3, 1959 to Joseph and Ruth (Wagner) Proszowski. He was married to Andrea Nelson on April 3, 2009 in Omaha. Nebraska. Joe worked for Walmart the past 15 years where he made many friends.

When he was younger, he play in rock bands. He still enjoyed his music and collected guitars and basses even though he didn’t play much anymore. He loved our yearly camping trip with family and friends and gatherings with his friends from Chicago. He was into paranormal shows on T.V., watching Mecom Auto Auctions and anything music related. He loved to cook and loved making people with laugh with his voice impressions.

He had many close friends that he considered to be family.

He was survived by wife, Andrea of Davenport, IA; sons, Dale Proszowski of Davenport, IA, Michael Proszowski of Davenport, IA, and Joe Proszowski of Chicago, IL; daughter, Nicole Proszowski of Chicago, IL; and brother Rick (Rosie) Proszowski.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronnie Proszowski. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on December 4th, 2021 from 1pm to 5pm at the Lulac Club 4224 Ricker Hill Road, Davenport, IA. A separate funeral will be held at a later date.
