Rosetta J. Silvan, 83 of Davenport, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Genesis East Medical Center. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A family led service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be left to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weerts.fh.com

Rosetta was born on November 29, 1937 in New Orleans, LA to Leroy and Helen (Simon) Frick. Rosetta was a retired nurse. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Davenport. She loved family get togethers at Scott County Park for cookouts and watching the wild life. She also enjoyed taking trips with her daughter Leslie. She was a wonderful mother with an unselfish heart. She will be missed by many.

Survivors include her children, Michael (Patty) Silvan, Leslie Silvan, Carlton Silvan, Carmen Paul, Stephanie Krueger, Cavita Ozsfolk-Silvan; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister, Carolyn Graham; two nieces and a cousin Joni Dubrey-Ducre.

She was preceded in death by her parents, ex husband Archie, Aunt Rosetta Lawrence and Bernie Jean Frick. May God continue to watch over them all, Forever Amen.
