Command Sergeant Major (Retired) James Carl "Jim" Trask, age 71, of Park View, Iowa, died Friday, October 22, 2021 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa. Private family services will be handled by Chambers Funeral Home in Eldridge, Iowa. Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Park View Lutheran Church. He was born in Moline, Illinois, on July 23, 1950, a son of Ralph Lane Trask and Doris Trask.
