Radhika Kasichainula, 47 of Bettendorf, IA passed away on October 21, 2021. She was born in Secunderabad, India on February 05, 1974.
Radhika graduated from The University of Iowa with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997. Radhika met Gopal Kasichainula at the University and they were married on January 06, 1997.

Radhika worked in Information Technology at John Deere since 2008 and previously worked in Yash Technologies, Abbott Labs, Cap Gemini and PTC where she leaves behind many loving co-workers and friends.

Radhika had a passion for technical education and was an avid enthusiast for the First Lego League. She was also instrumental in setting up a Computer Science Academy in partnership with the Bettendorf school district. She was equally enthusiastic about her Indian heritage and actively organized and participated in many cultural and religious events.

Radhika was vivacious and fun loving, cared deeply for her friends and family, and was able to lift people up with her genuine compliments. We will miss her radiant smile, beaming eyes and infectious enthusiasm. She is survived by her husband Gopal, her two daughters Uma and Vidya, her brother Srinivas Maddhi (Pamela) of Iowa City, nephew Sam and mother Dr. Ratnamala Maddhi. She was preceded in death by her father Dr. Venkateswarlu Maddhi.

A visitation for Radhika will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Runge Mortuary, 838 E Kimberly Road, Davenport, IA 52807.
