Last rites for Mrs. Edward Heyden, 59, Durant, were held June 24 in Davenport with burial in the Durant cemetery. Mrs. Heyden died at her home June 21 following an extended illness.

Naomi Stein was born in Sheridan township, Scott county, Jan. 10, 1909. She married Mr. Heyden in Davenport.

The couple farmed north of Stockton until retiring in 1962 and moving to Durant.

Mrs. Heyden is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. LeRoy (Dorothy) Kroeger, Stockton; 4 grandchildren and 3 sisters, Mrs. Joe (Elsie) Pietzonka and Mrs. Willis (Grace) Griebel, both of Davenport and Mrs. Harvey (Florence) Roggenkamp, Stockton.
