April 7, 1962-July 19, 2021

DAVENPORT-Scott D Hengl 59, of Davenport passed away peacefully, while surrounded by his family and friends, July 19, 2021. Per Scott's wishes he was cremated. Scott and his brother Dennis's ashes will be buried by their parents at Pine Hill Cemetery, Monday, July 26 at 2:30 pm. There will be a celebration of life memorial luncheon at 1pm, Monday, July 26.

Scott enjoyed spending time with friends and family, talking on the phone, making people laugh, watching sports, and playing video games. Scott was employed as a support staff provider for several years.

Scott could always make you laugh. His sense of humor was legendary. He dedicated his life to his family, providing day care and personal care to many of his nieces, nephews and great nieces.

Scott is survived by his Sisters: Debbie, Beth (Doug), Brothers: Bud, Chuck (Melissa,) and Don (Lisa,) Nieces: Sarah, Trisha, Caitlyn, Shianna, Isabella, Bailey, Nephews: Zach, Nevada, Nathaniel, Shane, Jacob, Logan, Josh, Cole, Great Nieces: Alexis, AshLynn, Gracelynn, Addison, Dawson, Huntleigh, Aria, Adalynn, Piper, Great Nephews; William, Jackson and his Great Great Nephew; Legend. He was preceded in death by his parents; Thelma and Mike Hengl and his Brother; Dennis.
