DAVENPORT-Virginia "Jennifer" Floyd, 64, of Davenport, IA passed away peacefully at her home on July 6, 2021. Per Her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will not be any services at this time. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weertsfh.com.

Jennifer was born on April 3, 1957 in Jacksonville, IL. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She spent her time reading mystery novels and spent endless hours working on puzzles. She loved her children and grandchildren, they were very important to her.

Jennifer is survived by her children, Valerie Larson of Davenport, IA. and Katrina Cass of Prosper, TX; grandchildren, Todd, Taylor, Alexis and Zoey; siblings, Norma Arnold of LaVernia, TX. Marilyn Tendick of Kingsland, TX. Russell Lucas of Jacksonville, IL. Samuel Jarnegin of Jackson Hole, WY. Frank Jarnagin of Coeur d'Alene, ID. Kathy Wright of Davenport, IA. and Jim Dye of Muscatine, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Victoria; a sister, Pat; three brothers, Don, Dick and Mike.
