DAVENPORT-Cathy L. Quilty, 68, of Davenport, IA, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021. A Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 20, 2021, at the Olde St. Ann's Church (18817 290th St, Long Grove, IA 52756) with a Celebration of Life get together to follow at Off Point Pub (2025 Hickory Grove Rd, Davenport, IA 52804). Cathy was born December 14, 1952, to George and Betty (Tutor) Stebens in Davenport. She graduated from Davenport West High School in 1971. On August 21, 1971, Cathy was united in marriage to Chris Quilty in Las Vegas, NV. Together they had three daughters, Jeni, Missy, and Mandy. In her free time, Cathy enjoyed thrift store shopping, cooking and baking, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended Mighty Fortress Community Church in Moline, IL. Cathy's family was very important to her, and she cherished all the great memories made with them.

Cathy will be missed by her husband of 49 years, Chris of Davenport; her daughters, Jeni (Danny Cox) Molck of DeWitt, IA, Missy Quilty of Bettendorf, IA, Mandy (Joe) Hinton of Davenport; grandchildren: Drew (Taylor), Ashley (Quentin), Alijah, Isaiah, Eve, Devin, Madisyn, Josiah, Jayden, Mahlaya, Ella; three great grandchildren: Rowan, Mila, and Inaya, with three more on the way; and her siblings, Cindy (Brad) Entler, Paula (Allen) Strockbine, Robin (Chris) Jennings, and Bill (Sheila) Stebens. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jamie Stebens; and her granddaughter, Kaylijah Hinton.
