Mrs. Harry (Malonie Theresa) Bohnsack, 70, of Walcott, died May 6 at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport, after an illness of 6 months.

The former Malonie Herbst was born Dec. 8, 1893, at Plainview, Ia. She was married Aug, 29, 1913, at Rock Island to Harry P. Bohnsack.

Surviving are her husband; 3 sons, Henry V., Taylor Ridge, Ill.; Vernon H., Davenport; and Bobby O. Bohnsack, Walcott; 5 daughters, Mrs. Carl Borchers, Wheatland, Mrs. John Jorgensen, Davenport, Mrs. Eldon Brooks, Davenport, Mrs. Arlan Moeller, Walcott and Mrs. Allan Hoffmann, New Liberty; 2 brothers, Henry Herbst, Muscatine and Rudy Herbst, Davenport; 2 sisters, Mrs. Henry Steffen, of Dixon and Mrs. Max Thoensen, Davenport; 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister, 2 brothers and her parents.

Burial was at the Blue Grass cemetery.
