MURRAY, James. Died at midnight Saturday at the home of his father, Owen G. Murray, No. 815 LeClaire street, aged 32 years.
Mr. Murray was born in Moline Jan. 3, 1872, but nearly all his life was spend in Davenport. He early learned the pressman's trade, being employed most of the time in the press room of the printing house of Egbert, Fidlar & Chambers of this city. He is spoken of by his fellow craftsmen as one of the best workmen at his trade in this vicinity. Some eight months ago he was obliged to give up active work and has been confined most of that time to the house by pulmonary tuberculosis. He is survived by his father, Owen, G. Murray, and his stepmother, five brothers, John O., William C., Frank T., Edward M. and Owen L. Murray, and one sister, Marie Owen.
The funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at Sacred Heart cathedral at 9 o'clock. The body will be laid to rest in Calvary cemetery, Rock Island, by the side of his mother and sister.
