Mrs. Millie McClean, 84, of Davenport, died at 8 p.m. Monday in the Wilton Nursing Home at Wilton Junction. She had been ill 3 months.

Born Dec. 9, 1875, in Cedar county, Millie Schiele married John F. McClean in Davenport Feb. 7, 1923. He preceded her in death.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Arminta Kincoild, Ashville, N.C.; two daughters, Mrs. Paul Norton, Davenport, and Mrs. Otto Schiele, Stockton, Iowa; two sons, John F., Wilton Junction, and Thomas G., Des Moines; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three nieces and two grandnephews.
