Michael John Kraklio 2 1/2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kraklio Jr., of near Durant, died at 7:10 p.m. Sunday in Mercy hospital, Davenport, after an accident at the Kraklio home.

Services were Tuesday in the Durant chapel, with burial in Durant cemetery.

According to reports given Scott County Coroner Kenneth Froeschle, the boy was playing in the yard of his home. He ran into the path of a trailer being towed by the tractor his father was driving and was run over.

Foreschle said no inquest into the boy's death will be held.

Michael, born Aug. 26, 1954, in Davenport, is survived by the parents; a brother, Merrill, and two sisters, Vickie and Donna, all at home; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kraklio Sr., Wilton Junction, and Mr. and Mrs. John Nielsen, Durant, and the great-grandmothers, Mrs. John Kraklio, Eldridge, and Mrs. William Block, Fort Dodge.
