Dixon, Ia. Oct. 30--Mrs. William Sievers, a well known young woman, living near here, passed away Saturday at 12:30 o'clock. Trachoma, from which she had been suffering for a year and a half, was the cause of her death.

Mrs. Sievers was only 30 years old and was widely known. Her death is mourned by many friends and relatives. She leaves her husband and one son, Lester, her mother and step-father, one brother and two half-sisters. Her brothers and sisters are: Theodore Jensen, Des Moines; Mrs. Henry Schneckloth, Dixon; and Mrs. Lena Ankers, Davenport.
