Services for Alfred Christensen, 57, of Omaha, Neb., a former resident of Davenport, who died Friday, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Esterdahl Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Born in Davenport, Mr. Christensen married Gladys Nelson here in 1925. He had been employed as a civil engineer with the Corps of Engineers in Omaha.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Milton, Omaha, and his father, Jens A. Christensen, Blair, Neb.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
