OBITUARY.
The Allen Funeral.
The funeral of Miss Norma Allen, of whose sad death in the Fort Wayne railroad wreck, mention has been made previously, was held Sunday afternoon in this city, the body arriving here in the private car of L.M. Allen. The party who accompanied the body to this city was composed of Mr. and Mrs. L.M. Allen, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Freeman, and Chas. Anderson, the last named of Peoria. A number of local friends met them at the depot. A short funeral service was held at Oakdale cemetery, Rev. Wilson E. Donaldson officiating. The pallbearers were E.H. VanPatten, John Streeper, Wilson McClelland, J.B. Richardson, J.W. Ballard and J.W. VanPatten.
