Lee Ware, 73, Nahant, died at 12:30 a.m. today of a heart attack while visiting at the home of his brother-in-law, Otto Gruenwald, 2844 Cody street, Bettendorf. He had been in ill health for the last several days.

Mr. Ware was born in Frederick, Ill., Jan. 4, 1875, and married Alice Burgle in Davenport. For a number of years he had been employed by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Feller, Norwood, O., and two sons, Raymond and Elmer Ware.

The body was removed to Runge mortuary.
