Donna Steinbach Jack, 68, of Prescott, Arizona, died of cancer there June 14. Services were held at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Mrs. Jack was born in Tripoli and later lived in Des Moines for several years, where she attended college and was a bookkeeper and office manager. She later moved to Davenport and then retired to Prescott in 1988.

She is survived by a son, Terry Steinbach of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Ginger Foshe of Phoenix; two sisters Eunice Seltenrich of Chula Vista, Calif., and Doris Escott of New Providence, N.J.; and two grandchildren. ~
