The death of Mrs. Martin Ford took place Sunday morning at her home, 1219 West Locust street. She had been ill for two years with bronchial trouble. She was 52 years of age and was born in Galway, Ireland. Thirty-five years ago she came to Davenport, and has been a resident of this city ever since. Her husband and three daughters, Mrs. S.H. Silcox of Chicago, Mrs. E.W. Schurr of Rock Island and Miss Kate, at home, survive as well as two sisters and two brothers.
The funeral will be held this morning with services at 9 o'clock at Holy Family church, with interment in Holy Family cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Martin Ford was held yesterday morning from the home, 1219 West Locust street, with services at the Holy Family church. Rev. L.J. Enright officiated at the requiem high mass. The pallbearers were D. J. Hickey, P.J. Henehan, Thomas Kelly, Timothy Timothy, Michael Burke and John Staunton. Interment was made at the Holy Family cemetery.
