John C. O'Brien yesterday received a telegram from his cousin John Collins of St. Louis giving news of the death of their cousin, whose name was also John Collins, and who passed away at his home in St. Louis Sunday night. The burial will take place in Davenport Wednesday morning, when the remains will arrive at 7:30 in the morning and be taken at once to St. Mary's church. Interment will be at St. Mary's cemetery by the side of a sister of the deceased.

The deceased John Collins was well known in the city and was a brother of the late Anthony Collins who lived at 1811 West Third street.
