The death of John J. McGrath, the 19-year-old son of Mark McGrath, occurred Thursday morning at 5 o'clock at the family residence 1744 West Fourth street. The young man recently returned from a month's trip to Colorado, where he went in the hope of benefiting his health. He suffered from pulmonary trouble. He was for some time employed by the Tri-City Packing company. The surviving relatives, besides the father, are four sisters and three brothers.

The funeral will be held Saturday morning with services at 9 o'clock at St. Mary's church and burial in St. Mary's cemetery.
