SHIELDS.

Mary E., the 5-month-old child of Mr. Thomas Shields, of 144 West Third street, died Tuesday morning. Mr. Shields had just lost his wife and this second affliction is doubly hard to bear. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9 o'clock from the family residence with interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
