GARVEY.

Sunday, Feb. 5, 1893, occurred the death of Mrs. Bridget Garvey at her residence No. 1325 West Third street. The deceased was the widow of Michael Garvey who died about a score of years ago. She was born in the County Clare, Ireland, and had reached the ripe old age of 75 years. During her eighteen years residence in this city Mrs. Garvey made many friends who sincerely deplore her death. Five children survive to mourn her loss. They are Mrs. Derby of Rock Island; Mrs. O'Meara of Geneseo, Ill, Martin Garvey, Colorado Springs, Colo; James Garvey and Mrs. James Donnelly of this city.

The funeral took place Monday with services at St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock, the pastor Rev. J.P. Ryan officiating. Interment was made in St. Mary's cemetery.
