SCHWARTZ

Sunday at 9:45 p.m. occurred the death of Fred Schwartz, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz, at the family residence near Second and Division streets. The cause of death was inflammation of the bowels, from which he suffered for three days. The deceased was born in Davenport and had reached the age of 13 1/2 years. He had been working with the King-Hasler-Schwentser dry goods company and was a bright and capable boy. The funeral will take place at St. Joseph's church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
