OBITUARY.

DENKMANN.

At 7:30 o'clock last evening occurred the death of Mr. Carl Denkmann, aged 60 and for 40 years a resident of Scott county. He was a farmer and lived on the Telegraph road and for many years was a prominent member of the Davenport Schuetzen Verein. He is survived by his wife and two daughters Mrs. Henry Steffen and Mrs. John Hageboeck. Funeral at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Interment at Oakdale.
