Carstens

John F. Carstens, 65, died this morning at 4 p'clock at Pine Knoll.

He was born in Holstein, German, April 27, 1857, and came to this county in 1881. Ten children survive.

The funeral will be held from the Nissen & Hartwig parlors Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with interment in Fairmount cemetery. The services will be private.
