Obituary

MEEHAN

At 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 1013 Gaines street, occurred the death of Mrs. Mary Meehan from dropsy, in the sixty-ninth year of her age. The deceased was born in county Monaghan, Ireland, in 1827, and came to this state thirty-nine years ago. She was twice married, her husband being named Gibbons, by whom she had one son, Patrick Gibbons, who survives her. Her second husband died some time ago. A brother, James McClean, also survives.

The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 8:30 o'clock from her late residence, 1013 Gaines street, with services at St. Anthony's church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made at St. Mary's cemetery.
