Obituary

Gilbrech.

Following an illness contracted New Year's Day, Mrs. J. Frank Gilbrech, of 734 East Sixth street, died at St. Luke's hospital at 8:40 this morning, at the age of 57.

She was born in california April 11, 1865, and came to Davenport 22 years ago. She was married in 1886 at Colfax, Iowa, to J. Grank Gilbrech, who preceded her in death Nov. 6, 1914.

Surviving are one son, Otis Gilbrech, Davenport attorney, one daughter, Mrs. John McGuire of Stevens Point, Wis., four brothers, George, James and Charles Bandy of Keota, Iowa, and one sister, Mrs. Thomas McElfrest of Waggoner, Ill.

The boy was taken to the Horrigan & Son parlors where it will remain until the funeral to be held there Friday at an hour to be announced later. Burial will be in Oakdale cemetery.
