Mrs. Anna Quinn, 75, 2727 Brady street, died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in Mercy hospital following a week’s illness. A resident of Davenport the last 30 years, the former Anna Aupperle was born Nov. 5, 1875, in Stuttgart, Germany. She married Morgan B. Quinn in Akron, Ohio in 1900. He preceded her in death Dec. 27, 1935. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Delia Reed and Mrs. Joseph E. DeVine, both of Davenport, and a granddaughter, Rita Reed, also of Davenport. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Halligan funeral home and 9 a.m. in St. Paul the Apostle church. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary cemetery. The rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 8 p.m. Monday.
